The Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan 2014 (Clean India Campaign), dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, emphasises that satisfaction comes from effort, not just achievement - a quote by Gandhi himself. To mark Gandhi's 150th Birth Anniversary, the Prime Minister launched this campaign, held from September 25 to October 30, 2014. Sane Guruji once said about Gandhiji, 'Hati Dharuni tu Zadu, Marg Zadlashi, ' meaning that holding a broom and cleaning the road signifies every individual's responsibility, encouraging everyone to dedicate two hours daily to cleanliness. The SSGC campaign included activities such as poster, debate, slogan, and essay competitions, along with cleaning the surroundings of the institution and a photo exhibition. The organising committee comprised Dr. N.K. Bahekar (Principal), Dr. Mahuri Nasre, and Dr. Rajashree Dhamorikar (Programme Officer), with Dr. Nita Khandekar and Prof. Rajashree D. Wagh (librarian) serving as members. They submitted the report to RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.otherSOCIAL SCIENCES::Social sciences::SociologySwacchha Bharat Abhiyaan 2014 (Clean India Campaign)Clean India Campaign-2014Other
