The programme was chaired by Dr. N. K. Bahekar, Principal of the college. Eminent guests including Dr. Vanita Katre, Advocate Parag Tiwari, Dr. Sharda Mahajan, and Mr. Zalake, Superintendent of Police, shared their views on the need, importance, and social reasons for gender equality. The discussion was followed by an interactive session, during which students actively raised questions and exchanged ideas with the panelists.
