During a programme at S.S. Girls’ College, Gondia, organised under the Jaagar Jaanive Abhiyaan (Gender Equality Campaign), Superintendent of Police Mr Zalake stressed the need for thorough preparation for competitive exams. He engaged with students, emphasising that discipline, self-confidence, and consistent study are critical for success, especially for young women aiming to join administrative and police services.
Referring to previous discussions on Stree–Purush Samanta (Gender Equality) during the Mahacharcha, Mr. Zalake mentioned that equal opportunities and education allow women to advance based on merit and independence. He encouraged students to set goals, stay focused, and make the most of educational opportunities.
The event ended with an interactive session where students asked questions and sought advice on career planning and exams.
