    News Clipping- Girls Mahavidyalayat Slide Show Competiton (POwer point presentation Competition at SSGC, Gondia)

    A Slide Show (PowerPoint Presentation) Competition was held at S.S. Girls’ Mahavidyalaya, Gondia, as part of the Jaagar Janiv Abhiyaan – Gender Equality Campaign, aiming to promote awareness about gender equality through technology. Many students actively participated, sharing their views on equality, women empowerment, and social justice via well-prepared presentations. The event was chaired by Dr. N. K. Bahekar, with journalist Naresh Rahile as the Chief Guest. Present on the dais were Sawant Doye and IT teacher Mr. Dahake. In his address, Dr. Bahekar highlighted the important role of technology in spreading awareness more efficiently and urged students to use digital platforms responsibly to foster social change. In the competition, Renu Agrawal won first place, Rukhsar Sheikh took second, and Anushri Kurve secured third. Jyoti Hadge received a special prize. The programme was effectively managed by Alka Patil, and Rajashree D. Wagh delivered the vote of thanks. The Jaagar Janiv Committee members worked diligently to ensure the event's success, ending with a powerful message of equality, awareness, and empowerment.

In the poster contest, Shivani took the first place, Alina Khan and Sunita Sharnagat shared second, and Shahina Sheikh secured third. In the scrapbook contest, Madhuri Sharnagat, Anushri Karve, and Kavita Paradhi won first prizes, with Megha Bhalerao earning third. Participants showed great enthusiasm, and the organisers' efforts played a key role in the event's success.

    The valedictory ceremony of the Gender Equality Campaign (Jaagar Janivancha Samarop) at S.S. Girls’ College, Gondia, was held with enthusiasm and cultural fervour. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about gender equality and social justice among students and the community. The event was honoured by Special Guest Police Inspector Mr. Sabale. During the program, students performed various cultural acts to promote messages of gender equality and social awareness. In his speech, Police Inspector Mr. Sabale urged parents to give equal opportunities to girls and boys. He also highlighted the importance of girls and women being aware of their rights, building self-confidence, and actively participating in society. The programme ended on an inspiring note, emphasising the core values of equality, dignity, and empowerment. The campaign lasted for 10 days. News written in Marathi.
