Referring to previous discussions on Stree–Purush Samanta (Gender Equality) during the Mahacharcha, Mr. Zalake mentioned that equal opportunities and education allow women to advance based on merit and independence. He encouraged students to set goals, stay focused, and make the most of educational opportunities. The event ended with an interactive session where students asked questions and sought advice on career planning and exams.
