| dc.description.abstract | "Modern Kebayas: Unveiling the Beauty of Indonesian Culture" is a project led by Ms. Shaziya Sheikh, Head of the Fashion Design department, with co-supervision from Mrs. Harsha Samarth, Mrs. Vaishali Sharma, and Mrs. Poonam Thakur, all lecturers in the same department. It was submitted to RTMNU, Nagpur, to meet BFD degree requirements. Inspired by Instagram, the project explores Indonesia's vibrant culture, highlighting its art, architecture, music, dance, clothing, and cuisine from Jakarta, Bali, and Regarta. Focusing on Islamic traditions, it features modern Kebaya designs that incorporate hijabs, demonstrating the country's rich cultural heritage and dynamic fashion evolution. | |
