dc.description.abstractThe poster shows, with beautiful drawings, that global warming causes polar ice caps and high-altitude glaciers to melt rapidly. Rising temperatures drive sea-level rise, threaten coastal cities and islands, disrupt ecosystems affecting wildlife like polar bears and penguins, cause water scarcity for millions, and lead to extreme weather such as storms and heatwaves. It urges us to act now to reduce emissions and protect our planet.
