This study will help categorise blogs, the content available on blog sites, and subject headings from the broad categories available on library blogs. It will also help identify the types of content, links, subject headings, the importance of archives, the patterns of blogs, the services provided by specific blogs, and social media engagement on library blogs. Objectives 1. To learn about the International University Library's weblogs available on the Internet. 2. To analyse International University Library's weblogs using specific criteria - content date calendar, categories, archives, and tags; link structure – including internal links, external links, do-follow and no-follow links, shared links, permanent links; and content shown with the most recent entries first. The analysis reflects a mixed research methodology, i.e., qualitative and quantitative. Content analysis. The study concludes that "Blogs engage people in knowledge sharing and reference, and they often attract a large readership. Instead of providing static information, blogs allow users and readers to respond, create, and connect." All the Library blogs under the study were well maintained, and the authors updated the information in time, excluding one or two.
